I don't believe in quick fixes or generic programs. Coaching with me is about building a lifestyle that feels good, lasts long, and turns movement into something you love, not something you have to do. My approach is simple, but powerful: Function, Focus, Flow.


Function – We start with the basics. Solid technique, body awareness, and learning how to move well. Quality before quantity. Once you master the foundation, everything else becomes easier—and safer.

Focus – This is where it gets truly personal. Building a connection with you is key for me. I want to understand your journey—what you need, how you feel, and where you want to go. With patience, precision, and a sense of humor, I'll adapt to support you in the way that helps you most: sometimes by pushing you, sometimes by slowing things down, but always with honesty and care.

Flow – Over time, training becomes a rhythm, a habit, and eventually something you truly enjoy. That's when the fun begins. You'll notice progress, gain confidence, and step by step, you'll become more independent. My role shifts from guiding every detail to cheering you on as you create your own flow.

My goal is simple: to help you prepare your body for whatever you want to do. Whether it's being fit and strong for everyday life or ready for your favorite sport, we'll work together to get your body prepared for your personal challenge.

— MY STORY —

Hi, I'm Imca. Sport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember—climbing anything I could, chasing after my brother, swimming, biking, skiing, or trying out every sport possible. Over the years, I've discovered passions from athletics and dancing to baton twirling, where I even competed at European and World Championships. Later, I found my love for CrossFit, which has been my training ground for the past five years and my coaching home for the last three. It challenges me every day and, even more importantly, gives me the chance to help others grow, push their limits, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

As a trained medical informatics application manager, I once followed a very different path. But at some point, I realized I wanted to turn the wheel around and make my passion my profession. Sport has always given me energy and joy—and I wanted to pass exactly that on to others: helping them feel strong, confident, and at home in their own bodies.


For me, coaching is about more than just exercise. It's about building confidence, awareness, and resilience—inside and outside the gym. I believe in honest feedback, in celebrating small victories, and in creating a space where people feel supported to go further than they imagined.
